Richie is working on a story that explores various fears and phobias, and he discovers that Ralph is terrified of just about everything. During a visit to a professor who specializes in the study of fear, Richie, Potsie, and Ralph observe lab mice acting strangely. The professor interprets their behavior as an indication that a tornado is imminent.
