Richie and Lori Beth are eager to tie the knot, but Lori Beth can't visit Richie's base until after they're married. Roger proposes an idea: they could hold a ceremony with a proxy representing Richie since he can't attend himself. Fonzie steps up to take on the role of the proxy, ready to help his friends make their wedding dreams come true.
