Al is selected to lead the Leopard Lodge's yearly Poobah Doo Dah after promising to bring in his far-off cousin, Frankie Avalon, as a performer. However, while Al is busy auditioning various acts to complete the lineup, he receives a call from Avalon informing him that he won’t be able to attend.
