Episode Overview

Tripitaka receives a visit in his dreams from the troubled spirit of the late king of Cockcrow. The spirit reveals that he was killed by a Taoist sorcerer who discarded his body in a well, and for the last three years, this magician has been masquerading as him. Joined by the king's son, Tripitaka and his companions embark on a quest to unveil the truth and expose the impostor reigning in the kingdom.
