S02E02 The Dogs of Death
Episode Overview
The malevolent Dogs of Plague, followers of the Great Hound of Hell, plot to eliminate Monkey, Pigsy, Sandy, and Tripitaka. Their leader unleashes the Plague of Black Dog on a neighboring town. When the pilgrims reach the town, Tripitaka attempts to assist the sick but ends up contracting the lethal plague. Monkey learns that the only remedy involves serving the ailing grilled fresh monkey brains from a recently deceased ape. Will Monkey be willing to sacrifice himself to save Tripitaka?
