Episode Overview
Lewis faces the possibility of losing his beloved grandson, while Justin struggles to make ends meet for his family. The Crabb household is chaotic with Phoebe and Jem around, and things get even more hectic when Gemma’s mother, Wendy, shows up unexpectedly. In the midst of it all, Lewis and Gemma completely overlook Tilda’s birthday, forcing them to throw together a last-minute celebration that is overshadowed by the competitive school mum, Dimity. Meanwhile, Justin and Nicola are cramped in a one-bedroom apartment and desperately need a new place. The House Husbands leave Tilda’s party to help Justin find a home, only to be interrupted by an armed encounter. Back at the party, the kids are restless, and Wendy reveals a shocking secret. After their pregnancy scare at the end of Season 1, Mark is set to get a vasectomy, but Abi suddenly realizes she wants another child and rushes to stop the procedure.
