Aru figures out that the Eighth's diary acts as a server, transmitting predictions to the blogs of her followers. When Yuki's diary forecasts an attack from three of them, Aru decides to move him to Kousaka's mansion for safety. His strategy is to draw in the apprentices and then disable the local cell phone tower, cutting off their link to the Eighth's server. As the attack kicks off, Yuno unexpectedly shows up and shuts down the tower's remote control, determined to protect Yuki on her own. Meanwhile, Aru and Kousaka race to turn off the tower manually, while Yuki holds Yuno back. Just as Aru disables the tower, Marco Ikusaba and Ai Mikami, two apprentices, confront Yuki and Yuno.
