Episode Overview

When a young girl is found strangled and dropped from a rooftop, Simone and Sipowicz uncover a related case in a different precinct. The officer assigned to that case visits the 15th to exchange details but quickly rubs Andy the wrong way. Meanwhile, Russell and Martinez clash over a woman's allegations of rape against a married teacher. In the midst of it all, Sipowicz and Andy Junior hit the streets to gather more information.
