Simone and Sipowicz respond to a shooting at a paint store. They find a suspect in the hospital nursing a gunshot wound. Meanwhile, the other detectives investigate a separate shooting in an alley, where they discover a victim with multiple bullet wounds but no traces of blood at the scene.
