Simone and Sipowicz look into the homicide of an Indian woman discovered strangled inside her locked vehicle. Meanwhile, Medavoy and Martinez apprehend a suspicious man who turns out to be linked to a credit card fraud scheme. Lesniak and Russell join forces to ensnare a gun dealer. As Simone becomes overly protective, he unintentionally angers Russell.
