Episode Overview

A wealthy family's child disappears, prompting the father to suspect Israel, a local homeless man, of abduction. However, Sipowicz believes there may be another angle to the case. In a separate investigation, the body of a Jewish girl is discovered, having been raped and murdered on a bridge. Subsequently, a young woman is apprehended while using the deceased girl’s credit card. Medavoy, Martinez, and Russell work collaboratively to stitch the clues together.
