Episode Overview

After a crucial witness in a drug case turns up dead following his breakout from a court-ordered rehab, Backstrom is on the hunt to uncover how he made his escape and who is responsible for his murder. As the S.C.U. investigates, they discover that the victim was part of a band, and tensions among the members suggest that the culprit might be someone from within their circle. At the same time, Backstrom suspects there might be more to his relationship with Valentine than just being a landlord and tenant.
