Unfortunately, Pearl is hindered by knee issues that make it difficult for her to walk, putting pressure on Noel Fitzpatrick to get her back on her feet. Meanwhile, an Irish setter named Casey is battling a cancerous tumor in its front leg, and a cat named Black Beauty requires surgery to wire its jaw back together after being struck by a car.
