Episode Overview
Kyoto, the stronghold of the Ashikaga shoguns, comes under siege by a group known as The Miyoshi Three: Sakihisa Konoe, Soukyuu Tsuda, and Gousei Shoukakuin. Yoshiharu is shocked to discover that, unlike in his original timeline, Shogun Yoshiteru Ashikaga survived the attack and fled Japan with his sister Yoshiaki, who is a girl in this reality. Without a member of the Ashikaga clan, Nobuna struggles to assert her claim over Kyoto, but Mitsuhide proposes installing Yoshimoto, a relative of the Ashikagas, as the new Shogun. Meanwhile, Nagamasa returns to Owari, pleading with Nobuna to marry him before he can go home.
