Mother Nature throws a curveball this alligator season, presenting a series of challenges that test the hunters like never before. With water levels dwindling to record lows and temperatures climbing to extreme highs, the hunters are forced to adapt their tactics. Troy Landry, King of the Swamp, devises an ambitious plan to catch a hundred gators on the opening day. Ashley "Deadeye" Jones, back for her second season as Captain, comes equipped with a target list and a foolproof strategy. Meanwhile, Ronnie and Timmy aim to revisit successful spots from last season, and Leron and Porkchop push themselves to achieve a personal best by attempting to break their record for the most gators caught in a single day.
