With ominous clouds gathering, Troy sets his fleet of boats into motion, launching a bold offensive in the bayou and establishing an ambitious quota for the first day. Ronnie and Timmy embark on a dangerous journey beyond the Locks, racing against the encroaching waters. Jacob tests his new partner, Little Willie, while Joey risks it all by training his daughter as his new deckhand to uphold the family tradition. Meanwhile, Don Brewer feels the strain of leading his own boat, facing Troy's high demands with an inexperienced crew member alongside him.
