Episode Overview
Dr. Craig, Ellen, Lizzie, and Novino make a trip to Peterborough, New Hampshire, to celebrate Dr. Westphall's birthday. As they arrive, Ellen grapples with the transformations in her hometown. Meanwhile, Novino provokes a local female carpenter, leading to unexpected tensions. Lizzie finally vocalizes her pent-up frustrations, and in a twist of events, Dr. Craig nearly jeopardizes his bond with Dr. Westphall, straining their long-standing friendship.
