Opie heads to the carnival with hopes of winning a gift for Andy's birthday, but he ends up losing all his cash at a rigged shooting gallery. Once Andy learns what happened, he decides to pay the gallery a visit to give the operators a taste of their own medicine and show them what real marksmanship looks like.
