Episode Overview

In an effort to redirect Ernest T. Bass's destructive tendencies away from vandalism, he is assigned the role of a traffic officer. Unfortunately, things take a turn when Ernest T. resorts to hurling bricks at passing cars. This leads to Malcolm Merriweather stepping in to take over Ernest T.'s duties. Enraged by the loss of his newfound role, Ernest T. sets out to get even with Malcolm in an escalating battle of wills.
