Steve and Jessica adore their Victorian house, but with Steve's expanding collection of instruments and their two children, the space feels increasingly cramped. Enter Designer Hilary and Realtor David, who are ready to assist. Hilary and her crew will transform the home, adding storage and a modern flair. Meanwhile, David will look for larger homes to persuade them to relocate. Once the renovations are complete, Steve and Jessica will face a tough decision about their future. Will they choose to love their revamped home, or will they list it for something new?
