Episode Overview

Rachel and the VCTF team are on the hunt for a serial killer (guest star Greg Kean) who strangles women using knots made from their own hair. The situation escalates when the latest victim turns out to be the daughter of influential mob boss James Perrone (guest star Ray Wise). To gather crucial insights about her lifestyle, Rachel must earn the trust of the grieving father. Simultaneously, the Bureau's Organized Crime Division pressures her to leverage her connection with Perrone, wearing a wire to extract a confession regarding the murder of a fellow mobster, potentially closing a long-standing case.
