Episode Overview
Mr. Huxley takes his class, including Presley, on a field trip to Fisherman's Wharf. Chontra frightens everyone with tales of spirits and leaves behind a cat statue that the Mummies carry back to their Sphinx. Using the statue as a portal, Chontra plots her revenge against Rath, distracting the Mummies by transforming into figures from their memories. She becomes Ja-Kal's wife, Tia, stirring his emotions, and then morphs into Armon's mother while serving him food. Next, she takes on the form of Nefer-Tina's friend Kenna, who was unaware of her own identity. With those three distracted, she disguises herself as Ja-Kal to mislead Presley and prepare for her showdown with Rath. Ultimately, she reveals her true nature to Rath, taunting him with, "You can't face what I really am," before transforming into Medusa.
