Episode Overview

A group of celebrities convinced they can handle the SAS selection process is put through their paces by a team of elite former special forces operators. Fifteen participants from entertainment, sports, and journalism embark on the toughest training course to date, led by Chief Instructor Billy and his team, who introduce them to winter warfare tactics in New Zealand's South Island. Their initial challenge involves navigating the Trainasium, a daunting set of parallel metal bars hanging 335 feet above the ground. Later, the recruits' mental fortitude is pushed to the limit during a high-stakes hostage rescue exercise.
