Detective Ayala has uncovered Julio's real identity and shows up at the hotel searching for him. Meanwhile, Alicia and Diego's bond starts to strengthen after he heroically saves her from Pascual's attack. However, the unexpected arrival of an old family friend stirs Diego's insecurities, pushing him to fight for Alicia's affections. He faces more challenges as Sofía and Alfredo muster the courage to confront him, demanding that Alfredo claim his rightful position at the Gran Hotel.
