Episode Overview
After Jessie and Ravi learn that Zuri has a remarkable talent for chess, Jessie signs her up for a tournament where the grand prize is two tickets to Paris. Meanwhile, as Luke and Emma watch a documentary about unsolved crimes, they become convinced that Bertram is the infamous "Scuba Bandit" and set out to prove it. However, Bertram catches wind of their suspicions and coerces them into becoming his accomplices. Ultimately, Zuri decides to lose her match so her opponent can reunite with his family in Paris. Luke and Emma realize Bertram isn’t the Scuba Bandit after all; he was just playing along to get back at them. But as they continue watching the show, they start to suspect that Jessie might be the Sweetheart Thief, leaving them in suspense as the episode concludes.
