Kao Chiu's malevolent influence has extended its reach, prompting even more depravity among the heartless. Chin Mao Hu embodies this darkness, leading a vicious gang that brings famine and devastation to the region. He approaches Kao Chiu, seeking a position in the imperial guard, offering to capture Liang Shan Po as a trade. Meanwhile, Lu Ta, known as the 'Flower Priest', encounters Yang Chih, the disgraced 'Blue Face', and feels a deep sorrow for the 'songbird' imprisoned by the bandits. Once foes, Lu Ta and the noble 'Blue Face' unite with a shared goal to dismantle the bandits of Two Dragon Mountain.
