Episode Overview

As the investigation unfolds, Ben uncovers that the lieutenant along with four other officers might be entangled in illicit activities. Charlene, who has been operating undercover, gets close to one of the officers and interrogates him in court, leading to his confession about their drug smuggling operation. Ben then questions another officer, prompting him to show the court a scar left by the lieutenant after he was killed. The officer discloses that he and two others had drawn straws to decide who would carry out the murder, fearing that an investigation could expose their wrongdoing.
