Episode Overview
Spencer Hamilton rushed to Manteo, North Carolina, determined to track down the man responsible for his brother Frank's death, which was labeled a duck-hunting accident. When Ryan Bartell, the shooter, is discovered dead, Matlock travels to North Carolina to represent Hamilton. There, he unexpectedly teams up with local deputy Conrad McMasters, who proves to be a valuable ally in the case.
