Episode Overview
As East Cheam marks its 100th anniversary, Hancock proudly secures exclusive TV broadcasting rights with the BBC for the grand parade. However, he soon discovers that the Mayor has mistakenly granted ITV similar rights, and the parade route bypasses Hancock's home where the BBC is stationed. With time running out, Hancock must quickly devise an alternate plan to create his own parade to ensure the BBC gets the coverage it deserves.
