Fred and Barney find themselves as judges for the beauty pageant hosted by the Loyal Order of Water Buffalo. However, things get tricky when Wilma and Betty begin to doubt their decisions. Adding to the stress is Mr. Slate, who is pushing them to favor his daughter in the contest, alongside a menacing racketeer who is determined to ensure his girlfriend wins the title of Miss Water Buffalo.
