For Wilma's birthday, Fred surprises her with a talking dodo bird, but the bird spills the beans about Fred and Barney's secret plan to sneak off to a Water Buffalo Convention in Frantic City. Determined to turn the tables, Wilma, along with Betty and the other Bedrock wives, hatch a surprise of their own for the convention.
