While on vacation in Rockapulco, Fred runs into a group of international jewel thieves who secretly stash a million dollars' worth of stolen diamonds in his belongings to smuggle across the border. When the trick is uncovered, Fred is promised a reward for his unwitting involvement. However, upon returning home, he finds himself arrested for not declaring the reward money!
