Fred decides to create a barbershop quartet to take part in the "Hum Along With Herman" TV contest. During rehearsals, he realizes that Barney has a fantastic talent for singing lead tenor. However, there's a quirky twist: Barney can only showcase his singing skills while he's in the bathtub.
