Fred decides it's time to purchase a second car and finds one at a nearby police auction. Unbeknownst to him, the vehicle is hiding a stash of stolen gems worth a small fortune. Meanwhile, the jewel thieves who concealed the gems are back in town, intent on reclaiming their hidden treasure.
