Andy Evason

Andy Evason hails from Swansea, Wales, where he was born and raised in a family deeply rooted in the community; his father served as a vicar and his mother was a dedicated school teacher. From an early age, Evason showed a passion for the performing arts, frequently visiting the Swansea Grand Theatre and receiving guidance from renowned director John Chilvers MBE. His involvement in local theater productions and musicals solidified his desire to pursue acting as a career.

In the 1980s, Evason planned to attend drama school in London to hone his craft, but his aspirations were temporarily sidelined due to his father's illness. However, he eventually returned to the stage, revitalizing his dream of acting with renewed vigor and extensive training.

His talent garnered attention when he starred in the short film "Shoeless," which earned the Royal Television Society (RTS) Midlands Award for Best Fiction Film in 2013. This recognition marked a turning point in his career, leading to multiple projects including "Doorways," set to release in 2013, the horror film "The Amityville Asylum," also scheduled for 2013, and "Valley Of The Witch," anticipated in 2015. Through perseverance and dedication, Evason continues to make his mark in the film industry, fulfilling his lifelong dream of becoming an accomplished actor.
