Plot

Lisa Templeton takes a job as a custodian at High Hopes Hospital, a mental institution in Amityville, Long Island, excited for the opportunity. However, her enthusiasm quickly turns to dread as she faces unsettling behavior from the staff and disturbing outbursts from the patients. The eerie happenings during her night shifts only heighten her anxiety. To maintain her grip on reality, Lisa delves into the dark past of the facility and its inhabitants. What she uncovers, however, is a horrifying truth that challenges her understanding of sanity and safety.
