Amy Lynn Baxter, born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, made her way to Hollywood at the tender age of 17, thanks to her uncle Max Baer Jr., known for his role as Jethro Bodine. Living in Baer's luxurious mansion, Amy quickly found herself in the spotlight, dating actor James Woods for several months. While she embraced the California lifestyle, her acting journey actually commenced in Florida, where she starred in a series of T&A beach comedies, including "Summer's Games" (1987), "Summer Job" (1989), and "Lauderdale" (1989). She also featured in the Italian film "Karate Warrior 2" (1988), all filmed around the vibrant locales of Daytona Beach and Miami.

Baxter gained significant recognition when she became Penthouse magazine's "Pet of the Month" in June 1990, which led to further roles primarily in softcore films directed by Ernest G. Sauer, mainly in New York City.

Her personality and charm made her a regular on Howard Stern's radio show, where she became a household name. Baxter was also highlighted as the cover girl for Stern's autobiography, "Private Parts," and appeared in Playboy's "Women of Radio" issue, which ultimately led to her departure from Penthouse. In addition to her acting and modeling career, she has made guest appearances on popular talk shows, including "Geraldo," "The Montel Williams Show," and "The Maury Povich Show," further solidifying her presence in the entertainment industry.
