Plot

Having sharpened his martial arts abilities in the Philippines and defeated Quino, Anthony Scott heads back to the U.S. for college, promising his mentor to steer clear of conflict. However, he quickly finds himself in the crosshairs of the local martial arts gang, the Tigers, led by the menacing Dick. Despite Dick's continuous taunts, Anthony remains steadfast until he reluctantly agrees to a fair fight. When Dick resorts to dirty tactics, Anthony taps into his signature move, The Dragon Strike, securing a hard-earned victory. Furious, Dick plots revenge with the help of the Tigers’ true leader, Mark Sanders.
