Seiko Iwaido (岩井堂聖子, Iwaido Seikō), born on February 23, 1984, is a talented Japanese actress known for her diverse roles in film and television. Initially gaining recognition under the stage name Mai Takahashi, she embarked on her acting journey in 2004 with a notable role as Amano Sora in the TV Asahi series Sky High 2. Her cinematic debut followed in 2005, portraying Fumie Hayashida in the film Simsons.

Iwaido's career flourished as she collaborated with esteemed directors, including a memorable performance as Kawahime, the River Princess, in Takashi Miike's horror-fantasy film Yokai Daisenso, which was released in the United States in 2006 as The Great Yokai War. Her filmography also features significant roles in Sion Sono's Kimyo na Sakasu (Strange Circus) and Yoshihiro Nakamura's Busu (The Booth), both released in 2005, as well as Hitoshi Yazaki's Strawberry Shortcakes in 2006.
