Elizabeth Anna Halcyon "Beth" Littleford, born on July 17, 1968, in Nashville, Tennessee, is a multifaceted American actress, comedian, and television host. She gained widespread recognition as one of the original correspondents on Comedy Central's satirical news program, The Daily Show, where she contributed her comedic talents from 1996 until 2000. Littleford is also known for her role as Beth Campbell, the mother of Tripp, in the Disney XD series I'm in the Band.

The daughter of Jackie, a professor, and Philip O. Littleford, a cardiologist and inventor, she currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Rob Fox, and their son, Jackson Oliver Fox, born on July 30, 2005. Throughout the late 1990s and 2000s, Littleford made numerous guest appearances on popular television shows, including Spin City, The West Wing, Family Guy, and Frasier.

In addition to her acting credits, she was a celebrity commentator for VH1's nostalgic series, including I Love the 80s Strikes Back and I Love the 90s. Littleford played the female lead in the short-lived Fox series Method and Red and portrayed Sandra, Ben Tennyson’s mother, in the live-action film Ben 10: Race Against Time and its subsequent animated series. More recently, she has appeared in commercials for Laughing Cow cheese and a hotel chain, and stars in the Disney Channel movie Starstruck and MTV's The Hard Times of RJ Berger.
