Tommy Flanagan
Tommy Flanagan, born on July 3, 1965, is a renowned Scottish actor celebrated for his distinctive features, which include notable facial scars stemming from an unfortunate mugging incident. Hailing from Glasgow, Flanagan is the third of five siblings and began his acting journey with appearances in the television series Screen One in 1992 and Taggart in 1993.
Before gaining wider recognition, he spent three years performing with Carlyle's Raindog Theatre, honing his craft. His breakout role came in the epic film Braveheart in 1995, which paved the way for a diverse film career. Flanagan has since appeared in numerous notable films, including Face/Off, The Game, Gladiator, and Alien vs. Predator. His repertoire also includes roles in Sin City, Smokin' Aces, and its sequel, Smokin' Aces 2: Assassins' Ball, as well as When a Stranger Calls and All About the Benjamins.
