Penne Hackforth-Jones

Penne Hackforth-Jones (August 5, 1949 – May 17, 2013) was a talented actress and biographer, originally from the United States but who made a significant impact in Australia. After spending her early years in England, she and her family moved to Australia in 1964. Hackforth-Jones honed her craft at the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art, graduating in 1968.

She made her television debut in 1969 with a role in the Australian series *Riptide*, which marked the beginning of a fruitful career in the entertainment industry. Throughout the years, she showcased her versatility by appearing in various Australian television productions, earning recognition for her performances.
