Caroline Palmer is a distinguished graduate of Western University, where she honed her craft through numerous performances, including notable engagements at the London Fringe Festival. After completing her studies, she made her way back to Toronto to pursue a master's degree and to further her aspirations in film and television. Her career took off when she secured a leading role in the feature film The Drownsman, produced by Black Fawn Films and Breakthrough Entertainment.

Palmer has since established herself in the entertainment industry, recognized for her versatility in both comedic and dramatic roles, as well as her impressive dialect skills. Her recent appearances include a role in USA's popular legal drama Suits, and she featured in CBC's acclaimed series Workin' Moms. Additionally, she starred alongside renowned actors Christoph Waltz and Vanessa Redgrave in Waltz's directorial debut, Georgetown. Palmer also introduced a new character in Season 12 of CBC's long-running show Heartland, and portrayed the mother of Billy Batson in the DC blockbuster Shazam!, alongside Asher Angel and Zachary Levi.

Beyond her on-screen endeavors, Caroline is actively involved in writing and producing. Her debut film, Thinly Veiled, is currently in post-production. She co-owns Roaming Focus Productions with her husband, photographer and director Mike Palmer, where they collaborate on various creative projects.
