Vicellous Shannon
Vicellous Reon Shannon hails from Memphis, Tennessee, and has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry. He gained significant recognition for his role as Lesra Martin in the 1999 film "The Hurricane" and for portraying Keith Palmer, the son of presidential candidate David Palmer, on the hit Fox series "24." Additionally, he showcased his talent in the 2006 film "Annapolis."
Shannon's early years were spent in Orange County, California, where he excelled as a high school baseball player. However, a serious hamstring injury derailed his athletic aspirations, leading him to explore the world of acting. He took the initiative to pursue his passion by commuting two hours to Laguna Hills, where he studied acting under R.J. Adams at The Actors Workshop. To cover his tuition, Shannon contributed by performing chores at the facility.
His dedication and hard work paid off when he landed his breakthrough role in the television series "Dangerous Minds." Since then, Vicellous Shannon has continued to evolve as an actor, carving out a successful career in film and television while remaining rooted in his Memphis upbringing.
