Hal Sparks

Harry Magee 'Hal' Sparks III, born on September 25, 1969, is a multifaceted European-American figure celebrated for his diverse roles as a businessman, entrepreneur, actor, comedian, musician, political commentator, and television personality. Sparks gained prominence as a host on E!’s Talk Soup, and he is well-remembered for his portrayal of Michael Novotny in the groundbreaking series Queer as Folk. He also played Donald Davenport in the Disney XD series Lab Rats and lent his voice to Tak in both the Tak and the Power of Juju TV series and video games.

Sparks’ career took off following his tenure with the renowned Second City theater group, where he honed his comedic skills before performing at esteemed venues like The Improv, The Comedy Store, and The Laugh Factory.
