Vanessa Redgrave CBE, born on January 30, 1937, is a distinguished English actress and passionate political activist. She gained significant recognition in 1961 for her portrayal of Rosalind in Shakespeare's comedy *As You Like It* with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Over her extensive career, Redgrave has graced the stages of London's West End and Broadway, participating in more than 35 productions.
