Throughout his career, Kiser has made significant contributions to television, starring in popular soap operas such as CBS's The Secret Storm and NBC's The Doctors. His versatility is evident in his numerous guest appearances on various episodic series, particularly in comedies. Notably, he played the comedic character Vic Hitler, also known as Vic the Narcoleptic Comic, on the acclaimed drama Hill Street Blues. Kiser further showcased his acting range with roles like the scheming Doctor Crews in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood and a sorcerer in Mannequin: On the Move.
