Plot

Menlo, a scheming nerd, seeks vengeance against surfers by unleashing a tainted soda known as Buzz Cola, transforming drinkers into mutant zombies. As chaos erupts on the beach, it falls to Jocko, Chuck, Bob, and their crew of surfers to counter Menlo's nefarious plan.
