Rena Nounen, known professionally as Non, is a prominent Japanese actress and fashion model hailing from Kamikawa in Hyogo Prefecture. Her most notable performance came in 2013 when she starred in the NHK drama series "Amachan," where she portrayed a high school girl aspiring to become an ama, or female shell diver, alongside her dream of becoming an idol.

Nounen began her career in the fashion industry as a model in 2006 and gained further recognition in 2012 when she was appointed as the eleventh image character for Calpis. That same year, she triumphed in a competitive audition involving 1,953 candidates to land the lead role in "Amachan." The series became a significant hit, achieving an impressive average viewership rating of 20.6%, making it one of the top-rated Asadora in recent years, second only to "Umechan Sensei."

In addition to her acting accolades, Nounen took on the role of "PR Ambassador" for the prestigious 2013 Kohaku Uta Gassen, where she showcased her musical talents by performing and leading a band during the event.
