Clara Lee
Clara Lee, originally known as Lee Sung Min, was born in Switzerland and has established herself as a prominent British model and actress currently residing in South Korea. She is represented by EYAGI Entertainment.
Her journey in the entertainment industry began in 2005, and she made her film debut in 2009 with the movie Five Senses of Eros. In January 2012, during a press conference for the drama series Take Care of Us, Captain, she revealed her decision to adopt the stage name Clara. This change was motivated by her perception that her birth name, Sung Min, sounded too masculine, while Clara had always been her preferred English name.
In May 2013, Clara captured widespread attention after she threw the ceremonial first pitch at a professional baseball game while wearing fitted leggings, which rapidly increased her popularity. Following this, she took on supporting roles in the television dramas Goddess of Marriage (2013) and Emergency Couple (2014), before landing a leading role in the romantic comedy film Casa Amor: Exclusive for Ladies in 2015.
Clara is the daughter of Lee Seung Kyu, a singer and former member of the bilingual band Koreana. In January 2019, she announced her marriage to Samuel Huang, a businessman of Korean-American descent.
